Terms of service

Last updated: November 1, 2026.

1. Who operates the store

The Clearly Handy store is operated by Jean-Christophe Fortier, Québec (QC) G3A 2N3, Canada. Contact: clearlyhandy.help@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order you accept these terms, our shipping policy, our returns policy and our privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws, including Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

3. Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can; photos may differ slightly from the product you receive (screen color, packaging). Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include tracked shipping. Your bank may apply an exchange rate or fees to USD payments. Any import taxes or fees are described in our shipping policy.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example for an obvious pricing error, an out-of-stock item or suspected fraud); you are then fully refunded. You can ask us to cancel an order as long as it hasn't shipped.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you add an item with the one-click offer after your purchase, it is charged to the same card, only when you click the add button.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, our 10-day guarantee and how replacements and refunds work are described in our shipping policy and returns policy.

7. Using the product

Use the cleaner as directed: spray lightly on the screen, never into ports or speakers. Keep it away from children and do not swallow the liquid.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. This limit does not apply to legal warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The Clearly Handy name, logo, text and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't reuse them without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumers keep the protection of the laws where they live when those laws apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
